Role & Responsibilities

• Call potential buyers and explain

  project features, pricing, and benefits

• Conduct

  site visits

  and ensure strong lead follow-up until closure.
• Promote

  plots and villas

  within Vanam – E5 World.
• Maintain regular communication with

  customers, investors, and channel partners

  .
• Achieve

  monthly sales and collection targets

  with consistent performance.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 5

  years of real estate sales experience

  (plots/villas preferred).
• Strong in

  tele-calling, client follow-up, and persuasion skills

  .
• Excellent communication in

  English, Telugu & Hindi

  .
• Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented professional.
