Role Overview: As a Senior Sales Executive in the dynamic team, your role involves identifying, pursuing, and converting sales opportunities in the real estate sector. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and contributing to overall business development strategies. The ideal candidate for this role is self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about real estate sales. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, pursue, and convert sales opportunities through existing networks and new lead generation. - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent outreach and timely follow-ups. - Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects to prospective clients and investors. - Support the development and execution of business development and marketing initiatives. - Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and performance updates to management. - Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings. - Participate in client meetings, site visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals efficiently. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth post-sales service and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements: - Gender: Male candidates only - Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of proven real estate sales experience - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) - Languages: Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi is mandatory - Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic computer operations - Other Requirements: Must own a personal vehicle and possess a valid driving license Additional Details: In addition to the above, you will enjoy benefits such as a competitive salary package with attractive incentives, the opportunity to work on high-profile real estate projects, and professional development in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
