You will be working as a Plot Real Estate Sales Specialist at Mantra Infrastructure And Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd., a real estate consulting firm based in Indore. Your main responsibility will be to sell premium projects in the Indore market. This full-time on-site role involves conducting property tours, negotiating property sales, maintaining client relationships, managing property listings, and ensuring client satisfaction. It is essential to meet sales targets, keep abreast of market trends, and provide exceptional customer service. To excel in this role, you should possess a Real Estate License and comply with regional regulations. Previous experience in Real Estate, including buying, selling, and managing properties, is required. You must have strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Additionally, customer service skills are crucial to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. A good understanding of Real Property laws and practices is necessary, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is vital for success in this role.
