Job Title: Real Estate Sales
Location: East Pune
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)
Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 years in Real Estate Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales to join our team in East Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Pune real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets, especially in residential and luxury real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end sales process for luxury residential projects.
• Manage and convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales (East Pune market preferred).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
