Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Residential Sales Manager to lead and manage our residential sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the residential property market. This role involves setting sales targets, strategizing lead generation, managing a sales team, and driving the performance necessary to meet or exceed business goals. Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate a team of residential real estate sales executives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, training, and performance reviews. Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, developers, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions. Generate new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Coordinate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales strategies. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Stay updated on current market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
