The role involves selling residential and commercial properties, generating leads, engaging with potential buyers, and achieving sales targets through strong client relationships and effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing. • Promote and sell residential plots, apartments, and commercial properties. • Conduct site visits with potential clients and explain project details. • Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients. • Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing. • Assist clients with property-related documentation and loan processing if needed. Requirements: • Experience in real estate sales (preferred); freshers with strong sales skills are welcome. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a competitive environment. • Knowledge of property sales and real estate documentation is an advantage. • Own vehicle (preferred) for site visits and client meetings.
