Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive/Manager Location: Lucknow Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for ambitious and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team in Lucknow. The role involves selling residential and commercial properties, generating leads, engaging with potential buyers, and achieving sales targets through strong client relationships and effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing. • Promote and sell residential plots, apartments, and commercial properties. • Conduct site visits with potential clients and explain project details. • Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients. • Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing. • Assist clients with property-related documentation and loan processing if needed. Requirements: • Experience in real estate sales (preferred); freshers with strong sales skills are welcome. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a competitive environment. • Knowledge of property sales and real estate documentation is an advantage. • Own vehicle (preferred) for site visits and client meetings.
