Real Estate Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for executing and managing marketing strategies that support business growth across commercial plot and residential properties in Patna. This role requires a hands-on marketing leader with a strong understanding of local market dynamics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives effectively.

• Lead a team of sales executives to deliver monthly and quarterly targets.

• Train, mentor, and motivate the team to improve performance.

• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable projects.

• Ensure proper follow-up, pipeline management, and CRM updates.

• Report daily/weekly performance to management.
