We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, showing properties, and closing sales. You should be passionate about real estate, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have a proven track record in sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and site visits. Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options. Conduct property viewings and present features and benefits. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws, local real estate market trends, and financing options. Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process. Maintain client relationships for repeat and referral business. Requirements: Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Sales Executive. Knowledge of real estate industry laws, policies, and procedures. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor. Valid real estate license (if applicable). Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
