🔶 Job Responsibilities: Daily outbound calling to potential leads/customers regarding real estate projects. Understanding customer requirements and offering our property benefits. Maintaining strong follow-up with clients to close deals. Updating and managing lead data in CRM/Excel//Manual. Coordinating with the sales team for site visits and closing. Achieving weekly/monthly lead conversion targets. Providing accurate information about property features, price, amenities, and location benefits. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. 🔶 Required Skills: Excellent communication skills (Hindi). Confident and persuasive telephonic communication. Good knowledge of real estate market (preferred). Ability to handle objections and convert leads. Basic knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM). Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset. 🔶 Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass preferred. Experience in Real Estate sales/tele-calling will be preferred.
