Job Description

The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, conducting property tours, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate is driven, customer-focused, and able to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and site visits. Present and sell residential and/or commercial properties to prospective clients. Conduct property viewings, meetings, and follow-ups. Understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate property options. Maintain an updated database of available properties and market trends. Negotiate prices, prepare offers, and close sales agreements. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and property listings. Ensure all documentation, contracts, and legal compliance requirements are completed accurately. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
