Job Description

As a Sales Manager in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for managing and tracking sales targets and performance metrics. Your role will involve utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential buyers and negotiate persuasively to close sales. Your primary responsibilities will include generating a specified number of new leads monthly through various channels such as walk-ins, referrals, database calling, and online platforms. You will be required to conduct property viewings, follow up with clients, and accompany them on site visits to showcase available properties. To succeed in this position, you must possess a degree and have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the real estate market and should be located in or around Hoskote and Whitefield. This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and a performance bonus. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is primarily in person.,
