Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and provide the best property solutions. Generate, manage, and convert leads into successful sales. Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers. Confidently handle and present luxury/premium apartments (2–3 Cr range). Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups. Coordinate with clients during the entire sales cycle – from inquiry to closing the deal. Represent the company professionally during site visits and client meetings. Requirements: Proven experience in real estate sales. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Confident, smart, and presentable personality. Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
