The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. You will play a key role in driving sales, achieving targets, and representing our brand with professionalism. Generate and manage leads through company-provided channels as well as self-sourcing. Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and presentations to showcase project offerings. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate property solutions. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to convert inquiries into sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Keep records of sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis. Collaborate with pre-sales, customer care, and marketing teams for smooth client servicing.
