Key Responsibilities Engage with clients through calls, meetings, and site visits. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable projects. Pitch and present properties to potential buyers with confidence. Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure conversions. Keep track of leads, opportunities, and updates in the CRM system. Achieve monthly sales targets with consistency. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for sales and customer engagement. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn. Basic knowledge of real estate or sales experience is a plus (not mandatory). Freshers with good energy and confidence are welcome.
