Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Real Estate Sales Executives with in-depth knowledge of North or South Bangalore markets. The ideal candidate must have strong client follow-up discipline, excellent builder coordination skills, and the ability to close high-value property deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle property sales transactions end-to-end, from lead stage to closure.
• Communicate and coordinate with builder sales teams for site visits, inventory, and pricing.
• Meet and follow up with prospective clients to understand their property requirements.
• Conduct site visits and present project details with confidence.
• Provide market insights and project comparisons to guide clients in decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and builders.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong knowledge of North or South Bangalore projects and micro-markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with builder teams.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Having an existing client database is an added advantage.
