Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying and selling residential or commercial properties.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends, property values, and local regulations.
• Create and maintain a strong network of contacts to generate leads and build relationships.
• Provide clients with property listings, market analysis, and professional advice.
• Organize and conduct property showings, open houses, and meetings with clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
• Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns clients may have.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a similar sales role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
