Job Description

Key Responsibilities :Generate and follow up on sales leads through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and online platforms. Understand client requirements and provide property options that suit their needs. Schedule and conduct site visits with potential clients. Negotiate and close deals with clients and maintain strong post-sale relationships. Maintain knowledge of current market conditions, property trends, pricing, and legal requirements. Coordinate with builders, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction flow. Prepare sales documentation such as proposals, agreements, and reports. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain CRM/database of prospective and existing clients. Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude. Familiarity with Noida and surrounding real estate markets. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online property portals. Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
