Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive who can confidently promote and sell residential and commercial plots. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in sales and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Actively promote and sell plots in our project Apna Town by GLD Realtors Pvt. Ltd. Conduct site visits and assist clients throughout the sales journey Follow up with leads generated via marketing campaigns and referrals Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Report daily activities and updates to the sales manager Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1-3 years of real estate sales experience (plots preferred) Strong understanding of Derabassi, Gholumajra, Zirakpur, and nearby markets Excellent communication, interpersonal, and closing skills Highly motivated, target-driven, and client-focused Must have a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for site visits Education: Graduate preferred (not mandatory) What We Offer: Fixed Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month Incentives : Attractive commission on every sale On-site training and career growth opportunities Supportive and professional team environment Opportunity to grow with a trusted name in the real estate sector Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
