Job Summary: MSR AND ASSOCIATES is seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to join their real estate sales team. The role involves outbound calling to potential clients, explaining property offerings, and setting up appointments for site visits. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the given database. Explain property details, project offerings, and location advantages clearly. Generate and follow up on leads for real estate sales. Schedule appointments for field sales team/site visits. Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM. Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries. Report daily calling performance and feedback to the team lead.
