Real Estate Sales Executive

You are an enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive who will be an integral part of our real estate team. Your primary responsibilities will include reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our properties, and scheduling appointments for property viewings. You will play a crucial role in lead generation and customer engagement for our projects in Ahmedabad, Baroda, and Halol. Your key responsibilities will involve making outbound calls to prospective customers, offering detailed information about available properties, and addressing any inquiries they may have. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer databases, following up with potential clients, and achieving monthly targets for calls made and appointments set. Additionally, you will need to handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Proficiency in MS Office and presentation software is essential, as well as basic digital marketing skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are key requirements. A positive attitude and a keen interest in real estate will also be beneficial. Ideally, you should have 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or a customer service role.
