Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations, training and guiding the team, and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Set individual sales targets and monitor team performance.
• Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff.
• Generate leads through various channels (online, walk-ins, referrals, etc.).
• Maintain a deep understanding of the local real estate market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign planning and lead generation.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Local market knowledge and network preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
