Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property deals. You should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities:Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities. Conduct site visits and property tours with potential buyers or investors. Understand client requirements and recommend properties that best suit their needs. Prepare and present business proposals and agreements. Negotiate deals and ensure successful closure of sales. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and provide post-sales support. Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams as needed. Requirements:Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role (minimum 1-3 years preferred). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
