As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for field-based sales, interacting directly with city’s top developers, and promoting Housivity Listing Packages. Your role will focus on understanding the local market, identifying opportunities, and ensuring successful sales closures. You will be expected to work independently, provide on-ground market insights, and assist with the promotion of developer projects. Freshers are encouraged to apply, though knowledge of real estate and familiarity with the Gandhinagar area is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Sales: Engage with potential real estate developer clients in the field, showcasing Housivity’s real estate offerings, and closing deals.

• Client Interaction: Maintain and nurture client relationships, addressing their queries, and providing necessary information.

• Market Research: Gather on-ground insights, including market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities in the Ahmedabad area.

• Collaboration with Teams: Work with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment with company goals.

• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through active fieldwork and client engagement.

• Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
