Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through

  site visits, digital campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.

• Manage the

  entire sales cycle

  from inquiry to closing the deal.
• Conduct

  presentations and property tours

  for prospective buyers.
• Understand

  client requirements

  and recommend suitable properties.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and finalize sales agreements.
  
• Maintain and update customer records and leads in CRM
  
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, events, and campaigns.
  
• Ensure

  exceptional customer service

  during and after the sales process.
• Keep track of

  market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.

• Excellent

  sales acumen

  and passion for the real estate industry.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
  
• Ability to understand client needs and close deals effectively.
  
• Good knowledge of

  property laws, RERA guidelines, and project documentation.

• Proficiency in

  MS Office, CRM, and digital communication tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in

  Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred).
  

• 05 years of experience

  in

  Real Estate Sales (Residential/Commercial).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of units sold / revenue generated.
  
• Lead-to-sale conversion ratio.
  
• Customer satisfaction and retention.
  
• Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  
• Timely follow-up and closure rate.
  

Compensation:

• Fixed salary +
