Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Manager Department: Sales & Marketing Industry: Real Estate Location: Tower B, 8th Floor 802, ATS Bouquet sector 132 Noida Job Summary: The Sales Executive / Manager will be responsible for driving direct property sales , building strong relationships with potential buyers, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires effective customer handling, market understanding, and the ability to convert leads into successful property transactions while representing the company professionally. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through site visits, digital campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins. Manage the entire sales cycle from inquiry to closing the deal. Conduct presentations and property tours for prospective buyers. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties. Negotiate prices, terms, and finalize sales agreements. Maintain and update customer records and leads in CRM Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, events, and campaigns. Ensure exceptional customer service during and after the sales process. Keep track of market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies. Required Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong sales acumen and passion for the real estate industry. Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented. Ability to understand client needs and close deals effectively. Good knowledge of property laws, RERA guidelines, and project documentation. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and digital communication tools. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred). 05 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Residential/Commercial). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of units sold / revenue generated. Lead-to-sale conversion ratio. Customer satisfaction and retention. Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets. Timely follow-up and closure rate. Compensation: Fixed salary + Incentives / Commission based on sales performance.
