Experience:

· Preferred: 1 to 3 years of real estate sales experience in off-plan property in Bengaluru.

· Essential: At least 6 months of real estate sales experience in Bengaluru.

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate

Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented individual to join our growing off-plan sales team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Pune real estate market, especially in primary/launch properties, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to close high-value deals.

Responsibilities:

· Actively promote and sell off-plan projects from top developers in Bengaluru.

· Maintain in-depth knowledge of current real estate market trends, launches, and pricing.

· Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to site visits, presentations, and deal closure.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing guidance and market insights.

· Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.

· Regularly attend project launches, training, and networking events to stay updated with market offerings.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.

· Manage and update CRM with accurate client data and follow-up actions.

· Strong knowledge of Bangalore real estate market, developers, and regulations

· Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
