Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through effective communication with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events to expand the company's presence in the real estate market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth initiatives such as lead generation campaigns, product promotions, and customer engagement activities.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate sales or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, including current trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven negotiation skills for closing deals effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
