Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through lead generation activities such as cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct property visits to understand client needs and preferences for residential sales.
  • Provide expert advice on real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities to clients.
  • Negotiate deals with clients to close transactions efficiently.

  • 1-6 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (residential sales).
  • Strong understanding of local real estate markets and regulations.
