Role & Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, site visits, cold calling, and digital outreach.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Conduct meetings, property tours, and presentations for clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
• Negotiate and close sales transactions to achieve monthly targets.
• Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activity.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Real Estate experience will be an advantage).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated with a customer-first approach.
• Good knowledge of the Noida real estate market preferred.
