Real Estate Sales Consultant

Job Description

Eztatez is looking for passionate and results-driven Real Estate Consultants to join our growing team. As a consultant, you will be the face of the company, responsible for advising clients, facilitating property transactions, and delivering exceptional service throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and build relationships with potential buyers and sellers. Maintain an up-to-date database of available residential and commercial properties across Delhi NCR. Conduct site visits and property tours with clients. Negotiate pricing and terms between buyers and sellers. Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities. Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure seamless transaction closures. Maintain documentation and coordinate with legal and banking teams for property registrations and loan processing. Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets. Required Skills & Experience 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, consulting, or a related field. Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR property market (both residential and commercial). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Proficient with MS Office, CRM tools, and online listing platforms. Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR for site visits and meetings.
