Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
• Manage client relationships by understanding their property needs and providing the best solutions.
• Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations with potential buyers and investors.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets with consistency and determination.
• Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and competitor activities.
• Build a strong personal brand as a trusted real estate advisor.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (real estate experience preferred, but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong networking ability and confidence in client interactions.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven by targets.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Minimum 1 years of sales experience (preferred).
