Real Estate Sales Agent

You are in search of motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives and Telesales Executives to be a part of our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or telesales, a deep-rooted passion for real estate, and proficiency in both English and Telugu languages (spoken and written). Your primary responsibilities will include conducting outbound calls to potential clients to introduce real estate properties, nurturing leads to convert them into sales opportunities, fostering strong client relationships to drive repeat business, providing accurate and timely information about properties, pricing, and availability, qualifying leads, scheduling property viewings, and following up with clients. Additionally, you will be expected to address client inquiries, resolve any issues that may arise, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, achieve or surpass sales targets, and contribute to team growth by maintaining meticulous records of calls, leads, and sales activities. To qualify for this position, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate sector, be fluent in both English and Telugu languages (verbal and written), exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills, be goal-oriented with a positive attitude, and display a willingness to learn and grow. In return for your contributions, you will be offered a competitive salary ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 per month (depending on experience), along with performance-based commissions.
