As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your role involves building and maintaining relations with potential customers and the developers team. You will be responsible for presenting projects to clients, negotiating with them, and selling real estate in commercial and residential areas. Your duties will also include calling prospective buyers, scheduling face-to-face meetings, and conducting site visits. Maintaining strong relationships with developers, real estate corporates, third-party channels, and new existing clients is crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for revenue maximization and lead generation with support from the Marketing team through various digital campaigns. - Perform market analysis to identify client's needs, project details, price schedules, and discount rates.
