• Call clients and convince them to come for site visits

• Experience in sourcing/closing welcome

• Connect with channel partners and developers

• Plan and implement project-specific sales

• Coordinate site visits and enable deal closure

• Maintain property databases and documentation

• Build strong relationships with clients, builders, and channel partners
