Job Summary

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives to drive revenue.
  
• Own and manage the

  P&L of Lucknow operations

  .
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate clients, brokers, and developers.
  
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets across residential and commercial projects.
  
• Monitor team performance and conduct regular training to improve productivity.
  
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local campaigns and generate leads.
  
• Handle client site visits, deal closures, and post-sales engagement.
  
• Maintain MIS reports and share market insights with senior leadership.
  

Requirements

• Minimum

  3-5 years of experience

  in real estate sales (residential & commercial).
• Prior experience in

  team handling and P&L management

  is a must.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong understanding of the

  Lucknow real estate market

  .
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and client-focused.
  
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
