Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with proven real estate experience in the Lucknow market. The ideal candidate should be skilled in team management, P&L ownership, and direct client engagement. This is a performance-driven role with a focus on delivering sales in both residential and commercial real estate segments . Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of sales executives to drive revenue. Own and manage the P&L of Lucknow operations . Build and maintain relationships with real estate clients, brokers, and developers. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets across residential and commercial projects. Monitor team performance and conduct regular training to improve productivity. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local campaigns and generate leads. Handle client site visits, deal closures, and post-sales engagement. Maintain MIS reports and share market insights with senior leadership. Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales (residential & commercial). Prior experience in team handling and P&L management is a must. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of the Lucknow real estate market . Self-motivated, target-oriented, and client-focused. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
