real estate manager

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive to succeed. As a RM you will assist clients in buying and selling properties, providing them with expert advice and guidance throughout the process.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and/or commercial projects.

• Generate and follow up on high-quality leads through digital platforms, brokers, channel partners, andwalk-ins.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Guide clients through property site visits, deal negotiations, and final closures.

• Coordinate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction flow.

• Analyse local market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and team productivity.

• Train and mentor new sales team members to ensure consistent performance standards.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, customer preferences, and regulatory environment.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
