Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate HR Manager, located in Lucknow The HR Manager will manage recruitment and onboarding processes, implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. They will coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs, foster a positive workplace culture, manage employee relations, and oversee performance reviews. Other responsibilities include training and development, payroll, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records in accordance with organizational policies and legal guidelines.

Qualifications

Strong human resources knowledge, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development
Skills in compliance, labor law regulations, and implementation of HR policies
Proficiency in payroll processes, benefits administration, and employee records management
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments
Proficiency with HR software and tools is a plus
Prior experience in HR within the real estate or a related sector is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is a plus
