Real Estate Executive

Job Title: Real Estate Field Executive Department: Business Development / Site Operations Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram Job Summary:The Real Estate Field Executive is responsible for supporting property sales and site operations through on-ground activities including site visits, client coordination, property inspections, and liaising with property owners or developers. The ideal candidate should be energetic, well-organized, and have a good understanding of the local real estate market. Key Responsibilities: Conduct site visits with prospective buyers, tenants, and clients. Coordinate with property owners, builders, and agents to arrange property viewings. Gather property details including photographs, location data, and pricing information. Explain property features, pricing, and amenities to clients during visits. Follow up with clients post-site visits for feedback and lead conversion. Ensure properties are clean, accessible, and ready for inspection. Assist the sales team with documentation, agreements, and client onboarding. Maintain an up-to-date record of properties available for sale or rent. Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competitors in the area. Build strong relationships with local builders, developers, and brokers. Experience: 0–2 years in real estate, sales, or a field-based role (freshers may apply) Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with the local area and geography Ability to work independently and manage schedules Basic knowledge of real estate regulations and procedures Proficiency with smartphones and GPS navigation apps Other Requirements:Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area Flexible to work on weekends and holidays, as per client availability Salary: 15000-22000 FIXED This is NOT a sales role.
