Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Content Creator located in Gurgaon.

The Real Estate Content Creator will be responsible for creating, recording, and editing high-quality visual content for the 360 Ghar platform and its social media channels.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Recording walkthrough videos of properties, giving engaging on-camera tours and highlighting key features.
• Visiting properties in person across Gurgaon to record property walkthroughs on-site.
• Capturing 360° walkthroughs and ensuring the visual quality meets studio standards.
• Producing informational and promotional content tailored for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels.
• Developing creative content strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Conducting research, verifying property details, and ensuring content accuracy.
• Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to enhance storytelling, digital engagement, and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience with video recording, scripting, and on-camera presentation.
• Skills in visual content creation, video editing, and storytelling.
• Web Content Writing and Creative Writing skills.
• Understanding of social media content trends, particularly for Instagram, YouTube, and Reels.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in verifying property details.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
• Experience in the real estate or lifestyle content domain is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Media, or related field.

Compensation

• ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,40,000 base salary per annum + performance-based incentives.
