Real Estate Consultant

As a Sales Manager, your role involves establishing sales objectives by forecasting and creating sales quotas for the team and individual sales representatives. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategic plans based on market trends and historical data. Additionally, you will manage team performance reviews, create reward programs for top performers, and provide coaching and motivation to the sales team to enhance their skills and help them achieve monthly sales goals. Your responsibilities also include generating and presenting monthly sales reports to executives. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in business or related field. However, candidates with three to five years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. You should have experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, exceptional customer relationship management skills, and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
