Real Estate Channel Sales Head (Team Leader)

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for various key activities: - Channel Partner Development: You will be required to identify, onboard, and nurture brokers, agents, and channel partners to expand the company's network and reach. - Team Leadership: Your role will involve leading, mentoring, and motivating a sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets efficiently. - Sales Strategy & Execution: You will play a crucial role in building and implementing effective channel sales strategies to ensure consistent bookings and revenue growth for the organization. - Networking & Expansion: It will be your responsibility to grow the partner ecosystem by maximizing project visibility and lead flow through strategic networking efforts. - Client Engagement: You will be actively involved in driving client engagement by organizing site visits, presentations, and negotiations with clients and channel partners to enhance business relationships. - Market Insights: Your role will require you to analyze competitor activities, customer trends, and provide actionable feedback to the management team to stay ahead in the market. - Performance Reporting: You will need to track and present sales performance, forecasts, and team updates to senior leadership regularly to ensure transparency and accountability within the team.
