Real Estate Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at Amaya Landbase in Sector 74A, Gurgaon, your primary role will be to identify new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and drive property sales in both residential and commercial segments. You will expand the client base, promote real estate projects, and support customers throughout the sales process, from lead generation to site visits and closure. Key Responsibilities: - Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms. - Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options. - Conduct property site visits and offer detailed project information. - Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve monthly targets. - Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in real estate or sales (Experience Candidate only). - Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market is advantageous.
