Real Estate Business Development Executive

Amaya Landbase is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our real estate team in Sector 74A, Gurgaon. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and driving property sales in residential and commercial segments. Your role will involve expanding our client base, promoting real estate projects, and supporting customers throughout the sales process, from lead generation to site visits and closure. Key Responsibilities: - Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms. - Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options. - Conduct property site visits and offer detailed project information. - Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve monthly targets. - Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in real estate or sales (Experience Candidate only). - Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market is advantageous. This is a Full-Time position with immediate joining.
