Job Description

motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
Identify client requirements and recommend suitable property options
Conduct property showings, site visits, and virtual tours
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and landlords
Negotiate property prices, terms, and agreements on behalf of clients
Manage property listings across online portals and company platforms
Coordinate with legal teams, banks, and other stakeholders for smooth transactions
Stay updated on local real estate trends, pricing, and regulations
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Sales Executive (preferred)
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach
Basic knowledge of property documentation and legal procedures
Proficiency in using property portals and CRM tools
Valid real estate license (if applicable)
Own vehicle preferred
