Job Description: Real Estate Sales and Marketing Position: Sales and Marketing Number of Candidates: 10 Salary Budget: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month Minimum Experience: 03 years Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques. - Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up regularly. 2. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Conduct property showings and site visits for prospective clients. 3. Sales Strategy: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for sales growth. 4. Marketing Activities: - Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote properties and attract potential buyers. - Utilize social media, online marketing, and other channels to increase brand visibility. 5. Negotiation and Closing: - Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. - Ensure smooth closing of sales transactions and handle post-sale documentation. 6. Reporting and Documentation: - Prepare and present regular sales reports to management. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Customer Support: - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns promptly. - Offer post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. 8. Team Collaboration: - Work closely with other team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to collective sales goals. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience of at least 3 years in real estate sales and marketing. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
