About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Engagement Specialists ( Only Females ) to join our growing team. The role requires individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer interaction, ideally with a background in sales, soft sales, or customer service within the beauty, wellness, or healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• • Engage with customers over calls to provide information, guidance, and support.
• • Drive meaningful conversations with a focus on customer satisfaction and engagement.
• • Understand customer needs and provide solutions in line with company offerings.
• • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Working Days: 6

Salary: upto 28K in hand

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

• • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• • A graduate degree in any discipline.
• • Prior experience in sales / soft sales / customer-facing roles, ideally in beauty, wellness, or healthcare.
• • A professional, empathetic, and engaging communication style.
