Job Details: Role : React.JS - Lead ( Front End ) Location : Chennai and Bangalore Years of experience : 7+ Years Notice period : Immediate to Less than 30 Days only will be processing for the further process. ( 2 Months and 3 Months Notice Period will not be processed ) Work mode : Work from Office only ( NO HYBRID AND WORK FROM HOME ) Shift timings : Flexi hours Interview mode : Virtual interviews only. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Front-End Developer with strong expertise in React.js , Redux , HTML , and CSS to build dynamic and responsive web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient with React Hooks from basic to advancedand have a strong understanding of modern front-end development principles. Key Responsibilities: Develop scalable, responsive, and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js and Redux . Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality. Use basic React Hooks such as useState, useEffect, and useContext to manage component state and context. Apply advanced Hooks like useReducer, useCallback, useMemo, useTransition, and useRef to optimize performance and maintainability. Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following modern web development practices. Debug and resolve performance issues, bugs, and cross-browser compatibility problems. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and best practices. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in React.js with a deep understanding of component-based architecture. Experience with Redux for state management. Solid understanding of HTML5 , CSS3 , and responsive web design. Hands-on experience with React Hooks : Basic: useState, useEffect, useContext Advanced: useReducer, useCallback, useMemo, useTransition, useRef Familiarity with modern front-end tooling: Webpack, Babel, ESLint, etc. Knowledge of Git, GitHub, or similar version control systems. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with testing libraries like Jest , React Testing Library , or Cypress . Familiarity with TypeScript in a React environment. Understanding of accessibility (a11y) best practices. Experience with performance optimization and lazy loading. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies.
