Job Description

React.js Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead
UI development
using
React.js with Redux
, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for front-end development.
Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications.
Collaborate with UX designers and backend teams to integrate APIs (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML).
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards (OWASP) are met.
Debug and resolve issues across browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE).
Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and implement POCs.
Maintain and refactor existing JavaScript/React codebases.

Technical Skills Required:

Must Have:

8+ years of
web application development
experience.
Strong expertise in
React.js, Redux, TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+)
.
Proficient in
HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, DHTML, JSON, XML
.
Experience in
responsive design
and cross-browser compatibility.
Hands-on with
RESTful/SOAP APIs
and backend integration.
Knowledge of
DOM manipulation, JS object model, and performance optimization
.
Familiarity with
debugging tools
(Chrome DevTools, Firefox Debugger).
Experience leading UI projects and mentoring junior developers.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to
Angular/Vue.js
or other front-end frameworks.
Knowledge of
Webpack, Grunt, or similar build tools
.
Experience with
ARIA/Accessibility (ADA) standards
.
Familiarity with
JSP/XHTML, OWASP security practices
.
